Yoga

After practicing yoga for over 8 years, I took my 50h yoga instructor training in 2021 and deepened my practice with the RYS-200h Yoga Alliance in May 2022.

 

Yoga became a lifestyle, a state of mind and a passion for me. 

 

Yoga invites you to practice mindfulness and gives you the opportunity to recharge your energy, promote flexibility and patience to release tension and blockages in your body.

 

In my yoga classes I combine Hatha Yoga (where the individual yoga poses are held longer) with some Vinyasa Flow elements, so that the body is strengthened and mobilized, but relaxation and mindfulness are not neglected.

 

Whether you are a yoga beginner or have been practicing yoga for a long time, these yoga classes are suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
