Autumn Pumpkin Porridge

gut friendly, vegan, gluten free

health background to the selected ingredients:

  • Spices, such as cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and nutmeg are considered digestive and have a positive effect on our gastrointestinal tract. The entire digestive system (stomach, intestines and gall bladder) is activated, which has a positive effect on our detoxification organs.

  • Tannins of the apple have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects in the intestines, protecting against gastrointestinal infections. Healthy intestinal flora is supported due to the contained fiber pectin.

  • Pumpkin is considered very low in calories and provides plenty of fiber, which supports digestion. In addition, it contains many B vitamins that support the immune system, detoxification and hormone balance.
