Chocolate tahini granola

We often have cravings for sweets and chocolates especially in the time leading up to our period. I have the perfect solution for you: Chocolate Tahini Granola is your perfect soul food for the luteal phase! Whether as a cereal or topping - granola just always goes :)

And the whole thing is gluten-free and without the addition of sugar or oil!

Good to know: Cocoa is considered a very good source of magnesium, which prepares us perfectly for our period to prevent possible cramps. In addition, due to the serotonin-promoting effect of cocoa can increase our mood.

Sesame paste, or tahini, serves as a high-quality source of fat and also stimulates the release of progesterone, which is important before menstruation.

Ingredients: 50 g dates

120 g oat flakes

80 g buckwheat

30 g quinoa

2 tbsp cocoa

pinch of salt

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

2 tbsp tahini

1 tsp cinnamon Preparation:

1. Pour hot water over the dates and let them soak for at least 5 min.

2. In the meantime, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Mix the date-water mixture together with the tahini in a stand mixer and stir it into the dry mixture.

4. Put the mixture on a baking paper and bake your granola for about 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 130 degrees Celsius.

5. Let the mixture cool down before you store your granola in a glass jar.

Enjoyyy - have fun trying it out! with love
